The Company was created in March 1969 as a Central Company for the Import and distribution of Construction Equipment and Cargo Handling, its parts, pieces and aggregates, linked to a national distribution network and the central workshops of MICONS, MINAZ and MINAGRI. In 1976 he joined the CEATM, where he remained until July 1994 when he joined the Ministry of the Sidero-Mechanical Industry (SIME). In the mid-nineties, the commercialization of parts and equipment in Foreign Exchange was authorized, adapting its structure to new economic conditions. In 1998 it opened its stores for the sale of Construction Equipment, Forklifts and Spare Parts in foreign currency. In order to satisfy the demand of its customers, a hydraulic hose fitting workshop was set up, where optimum quality has been achieved in production. Since the beginning of the new stage of work they have been committed to a quality policy aimed at satisfying the needs of their clients. Its entire structure and activity are focused on satisfying the needs of its customers. Since 1997 they began to offer Equipment Rental services, and from that moment they have been expanding their services to new regions. Today they have a subsidiary in Holguín and another in Moa to serve the entire eastern region, and thus reaffirm their presence in such an important area in the country's economy. All its activity is certified by the quality standards NC-ISO-9001/2000, which guarantees the customer the confidence of receiving a quality product and an efficient high-quality service.
